Gül analyses the Turkish and German press after her visit to Germany using her “professional passport” given by the “General Management of Prime Ministry, Press, Publication and Information.”

THE DOUBLE STANDARD OF THE EUROPEAN PRESS
Gül`s most remarkable fixation is about the claim, known as “MİT TIR`ları” in the Turkish press and the situation of the journalists, published the illegal arms sale of a German armory to Mexico.
Gül underlines the fuss of the European and World media in the case of the “MİT TIR`ları”, but remains indifferent about the German journalists.
We obtained the opportunity to analyse both the situations of German and Turkish medias, during my visit to two press organs in Germany between 25`th and 29`th of May.
We discussed journalism in Germany, during our meetings with Arif Şentürk, the executive editor of “Almanya Bülteni” (www.almanyabulteni.de) and Hülya Sancak, owner of the “Muhabirce” (www.muhabirce.de) magazine.
Apparently, problems of the journalists are the same all around the world.
What a pity that the journalists known as “Dönerciler”, without any diploma have got the right to speak even in the German media while there are a lot of schoos of communications throughout the world.
And as in Turkey, German media gets irritate with this. This situation decreases the interest and mostly decreases the readability of the written media.
GERMANY AND DEMOCRACY
It is believed that also the democracy is improved, parallel to the developed countries like Europe and America. I specially wish to say something about the German press democracy which is the locomotive of the European Countries.
It seems that, the situation is not like that.
Only a few weeks ago, the result of the inquiry about four journalists and one activist, lasted for six years, about publishing the secret documents of illegal arm sale, of one of the greatest arm manufacturer, Heckler & Koch, occupied the German agenda. “German authorities started loving the legal investigations about the media” statements occupied the German press. But these soft critiques were only inthe German agenda nothing in the world`s.
On the contrary, the whole world had stood out against a similar event in Turkey, a short while ago.
It is a must for the individuals of a society, to obey to the necessary regulations. It is quite correct to form the necessary regulations and expect the individuals to obey them. But it is not correct to interpret it differently in Turkey and in the developed countries. It is not understandable the spout of the world while punishing those disobeyed individuals in Turkey but nothing to say for the similar events in the developed countries.
TURKS WITHOUT ANY IDENTIFICATIONS
Identity investigations of three million Turks, living in Germany is a great problem in front of them. At this point, the Turkish journalists have to carry out the maximum responsibility.
The first Turkish generation living in Germany had been accepted there after undressing and numbering them by a marker on their naked body. This generation is a great Turkish nationalist much more than a Turk living in Turkey. On the contrary, the second generation falters between the German and Turkish identities. The third generation feels himself/herself as a German, but while proceeding on the way of their career, they encounter with the obstacle of being a Turk. Their Turkish identity reminded them contuniously as a “sword of Damocles” over their napes.
GERMAN PARLIAMENT AND ARMENIAN GENOCIDE
The proposal accepted in the German Parliament recently about Armenian genocide is a good evidence of that. On the contrary, nobody said any word about the Bosnian genocide occured just besides them, some time ago. The reason was, the Bosnians were muslims and Hitler ideology steel covers most part of their brains.
It is a normal behaviour to accept this attitude of todays Germany, carrying the gens of Adolf Hitler. “Creating a pure and nationalist race” ideology is valid also today. The German youth is in a great depression while its population getting older rapidly. Such a youth that, they live and care only for themselves. A youth, who hasn`t digested the German nationalism despite of Hitler.
And tis is just the reason for war-mongering Germany which do not or can not join to a war directly. Because she knows it very well that war can not be won by a youth, supposing themselves males but open their back and walk around without any aim.
